Users can choose to associate a document with their post to Stream. Clicking on the ‘Add document’ icon below the text area will allow the user to choose a document from their desktop or network drive.
Once the document is selected, the user will need to complete the upload form pictured below in order to define either the Resource Folder or Connection Group location. Users can also add tags to the document.
When the document is uploaded, a thumbnail will automatically be generated. The user can then choose the audience and then click on ‘Post’.
